Two bad pairs, Apple users beware

I just returned my second spare pair. They failed, as did the first pair. Complete loss of sound in the left earphone. Although advertised as being sweat resistant, I'm skeptical. I think the rejection was due to sweat on both occasions. The sound is average but that's because I'm using an iOS device. Apple users won't get the best sound out of them due to their use of AptX, which Apple doesn't spend licensing, likely due to their relationship with Beats. I've never had full battery life. I…

Garbage. Far from sweatproof. They will die prematurely from you.

This is bullshit. Now I have two in a row; both failed after about five weeks. I only used them twice a week at the gym. The first one just wouldn't start after a while. The second failed mid-workout due to a Bluetooth connection error. Suddenly, he continued to say, "Out of range," very quietly, even though the phone was less than two feet in line of sight. When I tried to turn it off, the light turned purple instead of the usual red. I think the sweat has crept in and it's just a short…

2 pairs each died after 35 days of use. avoid!

I originally bought them in July. About 31 days after their arrival, they became completely unresponsive. It's only been a few days since Revain's 30-day return window, so I had to contact JLab. JLab has assured me that they will back up all of their products and replace this one. If I sent them back they would give me credit to order a new pair. (That would have meant a week's delay, so I complained and they ended up accepting a photo of them cut in half as a "return"). I received my…

Save money on headphones

After three months of use I can say that these are the most useless headphones I've ever had :(. First the positives. The sound quality is excellent. If you only If you want to listen to music they might suit you they come with lots of tips to make them easy to learn and the mounting system does a good job most of the time the battery life is great now too for the cons I wear them while cycling (only a ear) with the phone attached to the handlebars. And if I turn left to right just a little bit

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • boring packaging
