1. This shirt came to me with a big time as expected. It's not very small (I think most shirts are a bit tight). Secondly the quality is there, I also bought this shirt through Chevy Mall .com, there is no difference except maybe this one is a little cheaper. I would say buy this. I have 4 differentials of all sizes for each family member. We have a 67 and 70. Take one size up if you're between sizes OR one size up if you're carrying your weight on your stomach (I have XL).
