Took 6 months on switches and relays

Bought in December. Installed and worked for several months but in the last month it started to fail and kill the engine. Now it hardly burns, and sometimes when it comes up, the engine keeps running. Very dangerous and unpredictable. Now I will buy OEM. It's too important not to do.

Disappointed best in spares

It came first with no instructions but I was able to get it from the internet, after installation the switch stuck on start up had to be moved manually to start and the kill switch cord holder keeps jumping out, i fixed the old one and put it back in place, i think you get what you pay for, next time i won't take the cheaper route. I would not recommend this product

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons

No longevity, kind of bobo. Spring for OEM, buy once, cry once.

This key switch got me back on the water but only lasted about 5 months. It never felt very tight or definitive when turning the key, but it worked for a while. Now the contacts are loose and the engine only starts once or twice out of ten attempts. I can only assume it was built in China or something, so it's not surprising. Now I'm waiting for the arrival of the OEM device. Lesson learned.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • There are some nuances

Hard to believe someone knowingly sent me this product!

Complete scrap This product has obviously been opened and used before. The lanyard is not even placed on the key. The key does not remain in the ignition lock, but simply falls out of the ignition lock. This is a very dangerous product. The product was promised for today, the day before the holidays on July 4th - it arrived on time, but unfortunately I cannot use my boat on holiday this weekend due to a faulty product from this company.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • old

Bad ignition switch, hands off!

At first glance the ignition looks good. After the first use, you will have trouble turning off the switch and stopping the boat. After the 2nd ride, the key no longer stays in the "on" position, forcing you to constantly restart the engine. In my honest opinion, spend a few bucks and get a factory ignition and don't waste your money on the aftermarket. The seller does not help and claims that he is not the seller of the ignition. Raven doesn't help either.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Security

Absolute nonsense: switch

installed in five minutes, no problem. Worked great for five minutes then the spine fell out and the pins and springs separated. I tried to glue it with super glue but ended up getting a few pieces. I'm not new to this type of work and I haven't abused it or put much stock in it - the mechanism is just cheap junk and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Many complaints relate to a switch that doesn't work. no worse than a (poorly designed) OEM. But this thing fell apart within minutes of…
