Good quality T ruler.

An excellent pocket ruler. I use it for journaling and keep it in the zip pocket of my Midori and Red Thread notebooks. With a T-square, it's easy to get a straight line by aligning it with the edge of the page. The markings on the ruler are excellent and printed for good reason. This is a serious tool worth the investment.

Metric Wizard: Measurement and Markup Tools

A good pocket tool for those who struggle with metrics. I often have to convert measurements. I'm getting better with metric units but wanted something to visualize measurements. I have one with 32nd and 64th and a table of decimal equivalents on the back. This is the same as mm and 64ths on one side and the mm equivalents in decimal inches on the reverse. Stainless steel, so should last a long time and keep its shape.

Pros
  • Excellent Overall Performance
Cons
  • Disappear

But get the job done.

I ordered this caliper to measure some guitar parts for a project I recently got my hands on. While I was able to successfully measure what I needed to measure, with sufficient accuracy that it wasn't a total loss, the unit's battery compartment ruptured and came out of the case. I think it goes without saying that turning off the caliper during a measurement is quite annoying. I will likely be returning this item for a replacement or refund, as you see fit.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some mistakes
