hated this item in heat lamps

It does not stay attached to the side of the tank. It kept falling to the ground or forward into the tank. Eventually it landed on the ground on the wrong side and broke. Not my favorite purchase.

Pros
  • Probated for one year
Cons
  • Modern

Awesome lightbulbs that don't last long

We have a box turtle and she looks like these lights. They illuminate a very specific area of their aquarium. The only downside is that they seem to be short lived, maybe a month or so. Otherwise an excellent product.

Pros
  • Best in their niche
Cons
  • Commercial stock

Amazing little flashlight

I installed this in my bearded tank to use as a light source. She seems to enjoy it. It won't cut it for heat or lighting if you want to use it as the only light source in an aquarium, but as a light source for its 'hot' side it's perfect for our needs.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Clarity
