Self installed and never done. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. I get lots of compliments and when they ask me where I bought it most of them are surprised to hear Revain.

It is beautiful and looks much more expensive than it was. Please note: The bulbs supplied are very "warm". So if you're looking for a "cooler" light, I recommend buying spare bulbs, which is easy.

I love this wall sconce but it arrived without one of the three glass bulb housings. I checked the box for broken glass but there was none. I have contacted the company for product support and will let you know as soon as I get a response. Pretty messy.

I actually installed this upside down thinking it would look better with my mirror. The bulbs included are VERY low wattage E12 amber bulbs. If you buy this light plan on buying brighter LED bulbs or you will end up with a brownish-yellow dull room. This will not deter you from buying this light as it is a quality product for the price even with new bulbs added to the price.

UPDATE! I took over the company. They send spare parts and we are very easy to use! Will update again when it's here! I love the look of this upside down light. BUT the screws are too short to hold the glass tight enough. The glass fell and broke. The bulbs that came with it also gave a very yellow light, we swapped out the bulbs for white ones.

This is great value for money. Bullets scratch very easily, so be careful when installing. As I have also seen in other reviews, the hands holding the globes are a bit crooked. The bulbs included are vintage amber bulbs, so you'll need to order different bulbs if you want that bright white typical of a bathroom (one picture is attached to the amber bulbs included, the other is for brighter). I bought light bulbs.) In general, VERY satisfied.
