Connections: Hose Barb x Hose Barb x Male Thread. Y 3-Way Shut off Ball Valve is equipped with tow clamps and one male thread for easy installation.

Good quality valve good for me

This valve has a little weight to it. Good quality brass. Positive shut off valve . leak free. Threads are cut well and install is smooth and easy. Valve handle works well and shut down / turn on is smooth. great valve. I hope this review was helpful. Thank you.

Valve handles were loose.

Fair quality but valve handles were loose and that is a sign of poor quality control. They also seem to loosen up even after retightening them.

Does its job! good for me

This product works very well! It does its job and is very heavy duty. I have had no issues with it and was impressed and how nice it is considering the price! This is a great buy.

  • I barely applied any pressure and the thing got crushed during install. Returned.

HEAVY, sturdy valves for RV water lines

I was quite surprised with the heavy weight of these brass valves. Even the handles seem to be some sort of heavier metal (not plastic). I installed a pair so I can turn on/off certain water lines in my RV for simple winterization. Specifically, I use it to keep my kitchen lines inside running and turn off the outside shower/faucet lines for the winter since I am a full-timer. I highly recommend these valves over the plastic crap that took me days to find online and then let me down.

missed the size - my new review

I thought this was a 2 way hose valve. I missed that it was 1/2" for irrigation systems. That's my bad. It is well made and solid brass. The shut offs were a bit sticky on mine but I lived them with a little dielectric grease and they are much smoother now. I ended up using these on an air hose system in my shed. I had to use some reducers but it is working very well for my needs. The valves are air tight so I imagine they would also be water tight. Not sure if they are rated for 90 PSI but…

Works but you can't use it on a potable water line

So it works, and it does the intended job well; fittings were sound, the valves turn easily and close fully, the problem is - it says it's lead free, but has no certification and the company itself says it shouldn't be used with drinking water. So this really limits where I ended up using it since I had to change the plans. I wasn't comfortable using it for anything connected to our drinking or even bathing water, and didn't feel good about using it in the garden. Instead I have opted to use it

Very nice shut off valve

This is a very nice shut off valve pretty easy to use very reasonably priced easy to turn on and off I would definitely recommend it it’s got a very good price point

Study 3-way valves best in my review

Heavy, sturdy 3-way valves. Note that all 3 ways are male and they are 1/2".There is no any rubber sealant of any kind come with. Be sure to use some PTFE tape for better preventing leakage.There is no certification or claims of any kind, so unsure it can be used for drinking water or not. Use at your own risk. It fits my application where it's for connecting garden irrigation system only.Overall, solid build.

All metal construction Y split shut off valve.

I suppose the Y splitter has female end at upstream side. But received 3 way split valve is male on all 3 ends. I need to find an adapter for my backyard hose bib.The valve is made solid brass which is sturdy and durable. The handles, I thought was plastic but turned out are solid metal, which is good.

  • Other Y three way (barbs) was way cheesy(and pricey)a waste of money
