Joywayus Female Threaded Button Shutoff Valve Review

The valve is well made from solid brass. It's a permanently closed valve, if you need to open it you have to press a button on the top, which can make it a bit awkward if your hands are tied or when the valve is out of reach.

I added this to the pipe on my water truck (we have a Living Wall sales and service business). I used a lever valve that opened and closed 90 degrees as I watered each plant. The addition of a push button valve made pouring even easier and I can still use the valve to adjust the flow rate.

Good product and finish. This knob is used in a custom built water dispenser for 5 gallon water bottles that operate at 60psi. If you are using a pump that turns off at 60psi and turns on at 40psi, this button will be used to pump water when pressed. I installed a built-in mechanical pressure gauge and after 4 hours there is no loss of pressure and no leaks on standby or during use. I tested several buttons and this one worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this product.
