    The first chain broke, there is no replacement

    Update 3 years later - I still wear this necklace every day. It has not faded and has no problems. Changed to 5 stars! It's very simple and cute. I often get compliments on that. * To update. The chain was sent back free of charge, a new one was sent the next day. The clasp on this one is not broken. Upgraded from 1 star to 4 stars for fast service. I know it's a cheap buy but the clasp broke after a day. Does not close, slipped off neck twice. Otherwise it's nice.

    Problems - my feedback on my rating.

    Before buying I read the reviews. People talked about how small it is. However, I was unaware and unprepared for how small the heart amulet was and how thin the chain. Look, it's mic. It is below the level of sophistication and slightly above the invisible level. The heart appears to be stainless steel but I don't know about the chain. It seems kind of faded or discolored but I can't really tell because it's so thin. In addition, the closure is not easy.

    I originally set the earrings to 3. They looked fine but there was a small defect on the back of one of the earrings. I don't wear them often, but have worn them a few times in the past few weeks, along with a stainless steel heart-shaped necklace to match. The earrings are now completely discolored. The chain is still perfect. I don't use hairspray, I haven't showered, and I haven't slept with earrings on. Should have paid attention to the negative reviews. These earrings are junk! It's sad…

    I bought this for my granddaughter so I specifically wanted the rose gold color. According to the packaging, it is rose gold, but the pink part is difficult to see. It just looks golden. If you hold the chain correctly, you can see a very slight pink tinge. His heart was not visible at all. Everything is fine except for the color problem.     Nice but not worth it.

    Beautiful Necklace. absolutely love it. But it's not stainless steel. After wearing it twice, the chain started to lose its color. One of the reasons I prefer stainless steel is that it has to be of a better quality than regular costume jewelry. It shouldn't spoil so easily. I have worn several stainless steel pieces in the past and they have worn them for years and they have not lost their color. Unfortunately, this didn't even last a full two weeks. Very disappointed.
