I waited for this chair for over a week so I was very excited to get it yesterday. It was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. I love all the features and want to love it but there was a strong odor in the *leather and after sitting in it for about an hour I developed a headache and started coughing. I am sensitive to chemicals and off-gassing of many newer things so I knew what was happening but it verged on an asthma attack before the evening was over. I have open doors and windows and…

Initially chair met expectations but now chair squeeks, massage mechanisms poke through the seat making the chair uncomfortable and the recliner back portion of the chair has separated from the bottom of the chair. Tried to fix but appears it was constructed this way. Its passed the 30 day return policy so we are stuck with it. Recommend you really check the construction of the chair upon arrival to ensure its put together correctly.

These chair are cheaply made with cheap wood. The seller is crap. I ordered 2 chairs and 1 broke not from faulty use but from using cheap compressed wood inside the chair within one month. I tried to be reasonable with the seller but they would not help with coming up with a good resolution. I would not recommend anyone to buying these chairs at all.

Not a comfortable seat. Easy to assemble but not the most comfortable. When reclining no padding. For money could gotten better quality reclining chair.

Honestly this chair has been an amazing buy. My mom and 10yr old have trouble putting the recliner part back in but I find it pretty easy to just push back. They literally get up with it still out to then use their entire body weight to push it down lmao (so dramatic)But its a great quality purchase. I'd recommend

I ordered this in October of 2020. The leather on the foot rest ripped after about a year and I sewed it back. Today a weld underneath let go, and the footrest won’t close. Save your money and buy something from a furniture store that will last you longer than two years. I will say that it is a comfortable chair and the massager is nice.

The massage features are underneath alot of padding but its still padding so it's very comfortable. I wanted a slightly deeper massage but definitely almost 5 stars for the price.

It’s nice for the price. The massager is not all that strong even on high but it’s not bad for the price. That's my feedback.

Good product for the price, my wife and kids love it they are constantly fighting over it. The only complaint is the product doesn’t really massage it just vibrated with no movement actions.

It's real leather. That's a good point. It's too hard to remove yourself from the chair. That is a really bad point. One must push back very hard on the footrest with both feet. Bring back the hand lever!

I’m a big man. This chair is more appropriate for a short person under 150 pounds. It sits too low and is difficult to get out of.

Ripped at the foot rest in a couple months and the springs are very loud. Disappointed because we bought this as a rocking recliner to use with our new baby and it’s too loud.

Don't like how hard it is to put the foot rest down, I don't have that much strength in my legs. I like everything else the heat and massage are nice.

The recliner got delivered with missing parts. Only the bottom part was delivered I'm missing the sides and the back parts.

You can feel the metal inside the chair that activates massage. Hard metal under both of your thighs. Heat never works and the recliner does not stay in the all the way back relining position. I would have returned them for a refund, but I'm disabled and couldn't get them back out of the living room.
