Nice for the price - my new review

It is nice looking, not extremely comfortable a bit flimsy not sure how long it will last but for the price what do you expect and it is a bit difficult to put the foot rest back down. I don't regret buying it though it's a $300 recliner it does well for the price

Good! Depending on your size!

I liked the quality of Faux Leather and the ease of assembly. All I had to do is line up the back with the bars, and keep the electric cords of the massager out of the way, and voila! It was even easy to take it out of the box.The chair supposes to support up to 350#, and I am 275. But it seemed to be a bit too small to sit in it. Even my cousin who's 220# said that it seems to be a bit too small. When I recline the chair, the leg-rest cannot stay up with my legs resting on it. Apparently, the…

Poorly crafted, back of recliner broke

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, he absolutely loved the heat, massage, reclining and swiveling feature but after a few months the back of the chair broke. As you can see the recliner still looks new.

Heat and massage functions quit working after 6 months

I bought this last year for my husband for Christmas. The heat and massage functions quit working after 6 months, so now it is just a recliner with a lumpy seat from the non-working massage balls. Too late to return it, so pretty unhappy I spent that much money.

Exactly what I needed

Everything was nice with this chair, very comfortable seating, stylish design, and easy assembly. Shipping was pretty quick too, packaging and contents arrived all good. I love the swivel, and the rocking chair feature, as well as the recline. The only other comments I would make about this model, is that even though I love the right side easy handle to activate the recline motion. Once you are ready to get up, it's a bit of a maneuver to snap back from the recline position. Not a big deal for…

Great quality, easy assembly

I really was shocked how soon it arrived and how easy it was to assemble. It was a birthday present to my fiancé and he absolutely loved it! Great buy I most definitely do not regret the buy

The return is horrible and the feet holder is not good at all

The foot stand is so hard to close and also does not go al the way up… too much of a hassle for the price and the return and horrible… would not recommend it to nobody please RUNAWAY!

Poor quality best in my review

Chair broke and tore at the seems in just over 6 months. Thanks for attention. Looked like a good buy but turned out to be cheap furniture.

Traded my massage bed for this recliner to do lashes!

I use this for lashing and so far I have no issues. Haven’t used the heat and massage features that much but I did try it when I first got it. Nice but not necessary. I love this chair!

Great product for the money

Enjoying all of the features. I just wish the recliner would "lock" in the recline position. Overall very happy! That's my review.

Hard to get foot rest rest position

over all a nice chair however a bit difficult to operate . To get the foot rest in ground position you need to kick it back till you hear it click into hold . The foot rest is release by a lever on the side of the right arm rest .

An unexpected value this chair is well made comfortable and has plenty of nice features like the idea that it Rotate Sandra 360° and is a rocker.

Creaks loud and spins itself while you’re in it

Starts to creak anytime you move while I’m the chair. This started about two weeks into owning it. My husband oiled the metal parts bc the creaking was driving me nuts. It didn’t help. It’s so annoying that I hate this chair. No one over 200 pounds used the chair. There’s no reason it should be creaking.It also has a very difficult foot rest to put down and the chair spins while you’re in it with the foot rest up. You just slowly start turning a certain way once footrest is up

Very poor design. I would recommend not buying this chair.

This chair is a poor design. The chord keeps getting wrapped around the bottom of the chair and you have to turn it on the side to get it out. I've had nothing but trouble with it. The people who sell the chair won't honor the return or a refund on this product because it is less then two weeks after the warranty. Very disappointing.
