Poor Quality 2 - Hand Juicer

I give this product one star for the following reasons.1, Poor quality2, Poor customer service.3. high price, when opening the box one of the rubber feet fell off. I couldn't screw it back in because the hole was loose. When I opened it, there was a lot of fat on it. As you can see from the photos. The cone, orange peel and top cup stick together and separate from the funnel when I squeeze juice from a medium orange or small fruit. It is very annoying, inefficient and even dangerous to try to…

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Not fashionable

Jupiter vs. Hamilton Beach

If you've done your homework, you're probably deciding between Jupiter and Hamilton Beach. Both stay for life. They're both sturdy and won't try to tip over on you when you squeeze the handle. Your choice will be your personal preference. If you're juicing for hours or don't have much juicing power, choose Hamilton Beach. Squeezing is the easiest. But be aware that Hamilton Beach produces more watery juice since it doesn't squeeze as much fruit. Jupiter presses harder on the fruit, which means…

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Small change

Great juicer! I was skeptical after reading negative reviews

Excellent juicer! I was skeptical after reading the negative reviews but very satisfied. This juicer is a durable and heavy product. Yes, you must use two hands for juicing with this machine; but that shouldn't come as a surprise when you look at the mechanics. The handle is almost 1ft long and extends well beyond the front edge of the base - a simple understanding of the lever, the physics made me realize that pushing the handle down would create a lifting motion from behind. It's not…

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • No paint needed

Sturdy, well made, fast and efficient.

So easy to use and even easier to clean - just two parts and then wipe down the unit. I got this mainly for juicing 4-16 oranges at a time. Don't be fooled by reviewers who say the pen is dangerous. Chances are they placed the juicer in an awkward spot, or they have very young children trying to reach the counter to serve it. Mine sits on a standard 36" tall granite countertop about 16" from me when I push the handle down. It would be weird to leave it with the handle up when not in use, but…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

There aren't any better yet.

Preparing orange juice: After pressing to the maximum with this juicer, too much "orange” remains in the peel. I ran the half of the orange after extracting it from the Focus through an old-fashioned juicer (rotating cone with ridges; squeezing the orange by hand) and got as much extra juice as the Focus was producing. Pomegranate Juice: Focus works better than old-fashioned juices. (It's a lot harder to pin a grenade on this spinning cone) but it still leaves a lot of grains that aren't pushed

Pros
  • Inspires trust
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for older people

and this is my first bad review. Researched everything before buying

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I've bought a lot of Revain stuff and this is my first bad review. Before buying, I studied everything, read reviews, positive and negative, and made my choice. I put half a lemon in the juicer and couldn't get the handle off. Thinking I wasn't strong enough, I asked my 18 year old son (who has a lot more upper body strength than me) and he had the same problem too. I decided to return it, so I'm giving it a 1 star rating. Not only did I have to pay for the return…

Comparison of two juicers: Jupiter and "Pro "

This is a comparative evaluation of these two juicers. Juicer (about $66). I ordered both as gifts for my parents who needed a reliable, industrial quality juicer. I thought I would return what they didn't like. When both Revain products arrived it was amazing how similar they were so I decided to write a review. In short, the "Pro" version looks like a copy of the "Jupiter" version. Since I'm buying this for my parents, I'm giving them a better Jupiter, even though it's almost twice the price.

Pros
  • Like everything before
Cons
  • Safety

Yes you should buy it, here's why and some tips on how to use it

I recently bought a house that has a very mature orange tree in the back (the tree must be at least twenty years old). I usually use Blendtec in the mornings to make smoothies and juices, but thought I'd try a juicer in the mornings this weekend. I feel like a good, hand-pressed OJ. Let me tell you why this is such a great juicer.1. It's a really commercial quality, it's very heavy and durable. It feels like this is going to take forever. Operation is smooth, the grips and bearings used are…

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Makes me angry

Let me clarify what I like about this machine and what it can do when it works properly. Also, let me be clear that this unit is advertised as a COMMERCIAL juicer (remember the rugged design of all parts to raise expectations of the product's reliability and durability). I was originally going to rate this 3 stars and expected the manufacturer to provide me with a replacement filter cone and funnel bowl, thinking that I might have some faulty parts in my unit, but I see this issue persisting at

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
