🎮 Just Dance 2021 for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One Review

Gave my nieces to play on their Xbox during Covid. Not a bad game. I had to play with them a few times. We laughed out loud every time we looked at the synopsis. The only frustrating part I have to say is that you have to subscribe to a membership to use the entire playlist available. Paid for 3 months or so.

Bought for my kids for Christmas and we love it. I think it's played almost every day at the moment. Love that there is a kids version for my son who is not so coordinated lol! However, compared to things like Zumba, the instructions on the video (next dance step) are a bit confusing. Especially with multiple dancers. Although we are completely satisfied.

Bought every Just Dance game since it was released for Wii. My now teenagers say this version is "Cash Grab". Basically it's some new songs, some remakes of previous songs and you have to pay if you want really good songs. Graphically, they look very cartoony compared to previous versions. Children think they are running out of ideas. We still had fun, played it twice since Thanksgiving.

No problem with android phone. It is very funny. Anyone who thought phones were a good idea wasn't the smartest. It's quite difficult to hold the phone while dancing (big phone + small hands + fast dance moves). If you're clumsy like me, grab a phone strap. My cell phone has crashed several times. Edit/Update: The app doesn't work on my partner's iPhone, but it works fine on my Samsung.

I like Just Dance and I have a 2020 controller that works fine but 2021 won't let me connect to my mobile controller, I haven't even been able to get through to the menu screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and Xbox, but it still doesn't work. I've been trying to play for 4 days now and no change. I asked this as a question to see if there will be an update and no answer. I hope this gets fixed soon, I was really looking forward to this game.

"No Kinect, just use your phone" This doesn't mean you're using your phone's camera. This means that you keep your phone in your hand for the entire duration of the game. Let me rephrase it this way. You give your kid a $1,000 smartphone to jump, spin, clap and hopefully not break it so they can play their game. when they dance to Lady Gaga. They also probably know how to get along with a basketball and are designed for the NBA. Which developer thought this was a good idea?

My kids love this game especially when it's cold outside and we can't walk much. They said the songs were funny. It's not our first Just Dance game - we have Just Dance 2020 for Xbox and also for Wii U. They have songs that they really like and some that just aren't bad. Growing up I just loved dancing because I always trained well to great music. But over time, the game has lost originality, quality, respect for children and parents, and fun. The movements are so repetitive that it's just too boring to finish the song. There are about 15 songs in this version that I really like. But many songs are boring or lack movement. I use Just Dance for practice, so I don't like songs that stand too much, pose or move too slowly. Some of the songs have great passages but there is too much boring slow stuff in between. "Without Me" by Eminem is a song that has some really great passages, but too much posing and very little intervening action. 2020 and also with this version that the network connection has to be reset…
