The material is fragile. The first issue I had was the strap holding it to the headrest. The clasp doesn't hold. the strap just slips. The next problem I had was the zipper on the "insulated" case. It is thin and difficult to open and close. I expect it will break after a few uses. Three 16.9 ounce water bottles will deform its shape. Now we came to the tissue holder. it doesn't last. I didn't send it back because it wasn't worth the hassle. I also sewed onto another buckle to hold the strap.

That's ok. I complain it had mold and it really smelled the same. helped, surprisingly did not discolour. Haven't used the insulated piece on anything cold or frozen yet, but if I do I'll put it in a plastic bag anyway. It's a good size, smaller, not too big and bulky. It was cheap so I took it upon myself to clean it and save myself the trouble of returning it. I like it, apart from the mold problem.

I use this product because I over use. As others have said, the side cup holders are small so I just put some candy in them. I use the front pocket for puke bags. When I first got it I had ice packs and bottled water in the fridge compartment but it's leaking. Soaked all my fabrics and ruined a whole box. It looked just right for my frequent travels. Arrived pretty securely packaged. I had to open 3 things to get at it (strong cardboard, tyvek sleeve, plastic sleeve. The packaging was actually better designed than the product. With some "fixing" I will be able to use it. I ordered this and it had a broken zipper. I contacted the seller, sent a photo, they replaced it very quickly. No stress. Very happy with the product itself.
