This is fantastic, 5 stars. The problem is the huge price increase. Last year 300 of 185 filters cost $22. Now 300 of 185 filters cost at least $32. Very disappointed with the huge price increase when so many other filter systems are so much cheaper. I will no longer use my Kalita Waves. I switched to another filling system where I can get 100 filters for $7.

These appear to be the only filters that will fit their drippers 185 They are of good quality but the price of the filters has increased significantly and they are now too expensive to buy you further. Now forced to investigate other casting methods for a more economical option. Too bad, because we were very happy with the Kalita Wave.

I love these filters, they are strong and thick and will hold their shape during the pour if you don't mess with them when they get wet. I think the wave is the secret of good coffee! I use them in the stainless steel Kalita Wave185 and the ceramic dripper Kalita 102. Works well for both. Although I prefer unbleached filters, they don't taste bleached. I tried an unbleached #2 flat cone filter, but it doesn't work as well as wave filters. I will keep buying!
