This is the first time I've used serrated scissors so it's probably my fault but I don't like it when they cut big chunks. I'm left-handed, that could also be a problem. These are my favorite scissors for fabric, quilting and even cutting hair. The small teeth grip just enough to cut tight objects (like satin or hair!) with ease. And they are absolutely sharp to the point and stay that way. This is actually my second pair of this size as my neighbors puppy chewed on the soft rubber grip of my first pair a bit.
