It's definitely a goalkeeper!

A well-made rescue harness does the job for those who need to lift cars out of mud or snow. Much more than enough to get most vehicles out of muddy situations quickly.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Almost OK

great quality, great price!

Used it a few times on my first trip and of course it worked great. I ordered it for my 2011 Nissan Frontier so I knew it wouldn't let me down. I hope I have many years with it!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • write later

Best buy I've ever used.

I bought this (a year ago) for a trip to the beach. So far I haven't needed it so I think it's been great insurance. I can't say anything about the durability, but overall the workmanship feels solid. Heavy webbing, heavy duty stitching etc all look nice.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

This is a Christmas present. For the reason that.

This is a Christmas present. Due to the green Christmas we're having in Michigan, this strap probably won't be tested anytime soon, but the reason I bought it for our Ram 2500 was because of the reviews written by other strap users.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • There are cons

Great strap for the money.

Great recovery harness at a great price. It seems a bit stiffer, doesn't stretch as much as my previous strap that someone loaned but never returned, but it does the job. I haven't really tested it yet, but once I used it, it worked fine.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Weight

Works very well!

Saved my bacon when I got stuck in DEEP mud. It certainly did its job very well - the "judder" and "jump" that the belt gives makes it a much better way of getting a stuck car out than with a chain - and we had then no winch. The belt was great.

Pros
  • Highly rated by testers for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Robust and reliable

Very strong. I've used it on several restores. Unfortunately due to the lack of hooks I had to tie it in a knot on the car frame and the knot became too tight and I had to cut it. As such, you'll need additional hardware to use it properly, especially on smaller sedans or cars, which typically lack the hooks similar to our viewfinders. All in all, this is a very durable product.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging

Bought a second one, love it!

After seeing my buddies break about 5 straps you can buy at Walmart or Autozone, this one holds up! I bought one of these about a year ago although it didn't have enough for some of our mud pit adventures so I bought another one. I pulled 3/4 ton trucks buried in the mud while these vehicles were stuck in a ditch in the snow. If you use them make sure they are cleaned and dried really well, keep them out of the sun and make sure they are not worn out.

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • I'll add later
