🪞 Kenney Chelsea 0.625" Standard Decorative Window Curtain Rod, 28-48", Weathered Brown Review

I was expecting thin metal tubing and flimsy brackets, but both made from thick steel. Just a warning though. The vast majority of Revain's blackout curtain designs hang from poles that are 1 inch or larger in diameter. It's only 5/8 inches. The curtains don't look as cool as the rods seem too small for the eyelets.

He does his job. However, the position of the screws speaks against this. I have attached photos. So if you use a screwdriver, it's difficult because of the angle. I put a small screwdriver on the photos for reference. It was hard as hell to put them on, but once it's done it's ok. Annoying is only part of the attitude and the reason for the two stars. I have a feeling it was bad design.

Do not buy the Kenney Chelsea CAFE style if you are making heavier drapes for a wide window. Chelsea BALL is the thicker and stronger model you want! I originally bought the CAFE style not knowing they use a very thin stem to run 48-96 inches long! Unless you only use very light curtains, the BALL style is for you. It's the thickness and strength you would expect. on such a long ledge remember CAFE = Light, Transparent, BALL = Standard, Heavy.

I brought two sets for two windows. Good quality with price. It's stable. I removed a star or two because they are not easy to install, require an electric drill, and the small plastic caps were difficult to screw in, resulting in slanted corners. The screw in the hook was facing the wall, there wasn't enough room for a screwdriver. I believe this issue has been mentioned by other customers.
