This is a review of the Kenney Chelsea window ledge ball. Summary: We needed a cornice to install an insulated curtain on our bedroom door. In our house we don't heat our bedroom because we like to sleep it very cold and because it saves us a lot on heating costs. I chose this curtain rod because the metallic design and black color go really well with our bedroom. This curtain rod is adjustable from 28 to 48 inches wide; However, if you open it to a longer distance, you may need to buy a third support for the middle. (I have a feeling the heavy curtain will sag a bit.) *** They have two supports as shown in my photos. They protrude 3 inches from the surface and are ½ inch wide. For our use this is perfect. It is durable, inexpensive and easy to install.
