Good product! in surge protectors

I need an extension cord in my apartment and have tried 2 extension cords: a defective one I bought from Revain and one from the store that worked both wrong Or the slots don't work. I fell in love with this power strip because it comes with sticker-like labels that you can put on whatever device you want to plug in so it fits and you know what you're unplugging. I liked it because sometimes I need to disable something and instead of finding the right cable to disable the colored labels tellโ€ฆ

The design is not suitable for mobile use.

If you're using this for something like a stack of mobile electrical devices, as in our case, you'll find that this isn't a good solution. It is designed for a rather narrow use: you can put it behind some furniture and leave it standing. I propose this for three reasons. It is very difficult to remove the plug once it is plugged into the outlet. The fork has a smooth contour with no finger grips.2. This one has a greedy design where the power cord blocks other outlets in the wall outlet byโ€ฆ

Great Color Coded 6 Outlet Surge Arrester

This is a great 6 outlet surge arrester. They are all color coded so you can track your cables by colour. A set of labels of the same color is included so you know which cable goes with which item. The actual cord is 6 feet long and has a flush plug so you can get behind furniture and plug it onto the wall if needed. It's great to have a longer cord when you need to get to an outlet that's remote from the actual items you need to plug in. Works great as an on/off notch and is easy to turn onโ€ฆ

The company is trying to avoid calling on its warranty

We recently had a power outage at home and our audio receiver, subwoofer and Nintendo Switch dock were destroyed. However, our TV and Playstation 4 work perfectly. All devices were connected to this surge protector. When I contacted support they said these models are ONLY for use with computers, modems and fax machines. They referred me to the fine print on their website which states that their $10,000 warranty and $25,000 warranty only cover computer-related equipment and exclude any brokenโ€ฆ

Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
