This is a set of two casual shorts. Positives: 1) Shorts are true to size 2) Lightweight material 3) Comes with main side pockets 4) Doesn't run or fade after a few washes yet 5) Nice contrasting pair - one solid gray and the other an orange camouflage pattern. Cons: 1) Doesn't feel rich and soft as it's not 100% cotton. 2) No drawstring waist. 3) No back pockets and zippers.

My son would give these 5 stars because they are very comfortable and he enjoys wearing them. Except for the elastic waistband, they have survived several washes well. It spins! I massaged the rubber band in place. To be honest I'm not sure my son will even notice, but it worries me. I think just a few stitches will fix it, but the fact that I have to pull the needle out and threaten it earns one star.

I'm really starting to like this Kid Nation clothing brand. Light, comfortable and a very good size. My boys love these shorts! Perfect for playing, walking and even sleeping. The only downside is that they don't have laces. So keep that in mind when choosing your sizes. Generally good quality shorts and at a good price!

It's a thicker cotton than most. They are well made and run large. We've been wearing Kid Nation for a while now and they've proven their commitment to quality materials and quality construction. They are very well made and also gender neutral.

Excellent comfort, price and quality. We love the colors and prints. Bought them in M&L for 2 different kids; both fit great. My grandson says they are perfect for laziness at home. They will also be useful for a virtual school.

Size M (7/8) fits my 55lb 6 year old well. They're a little big, but the elastic around the waist keeps them in place. They do not pinch and are breathable material. They are a basic gray color and then a fun camouflage pattern that my son loves. I like double packs. Good shorts.

These are very durable and very comfortable shorts. They are 100% true to size and the camo pair doesn't fade much after the first wash. I definitely recommend them, especially for the price.

These shorts are true to size and made from comfortably soft cotton material. The camouflage print shorts are a little rough on the outside due to the patterned print. I washed the gray pair the same way I normally wash children's clothes - a warm water washer and low temperature dryer. I left the camouflage shorts out of the wash to compare shrinkage. It has slightly shrunk after a single wash, but is minimal and not noticeable when worn.

These are not my kids' favorite shorts. Kid Nation tends to run smaller so I increased the size. Although they are too big now. Besides that, they don't particularly like her. My 8 year old usually loves Kid Nation stuff so I was a little surprised he didn't like it. He said he didn't really like the way she looked.
