Excellent gloves. I was afraid my son wouldn't care.

Excellent gloves. I was concerned that my son would not take care of them or would have a hard time putting them on. He wasn't so sure when we first put them on (he's used to thinner knitted gloves), but then he figured out how they keep his hands warm and dry in the snow and made sure I took them with me to the School sent recess. . The picky preschooler loves them so I would say they are a good buy!

Fits very snug on wrist - can sit odd!

They do their job but the wrist is a terrible size. I'm a size down - my son is 5 - and his hands definitely fit and have room, but it was hard to squeeze through the wrist! There's no way to adjust it - there's a strap, but it does next to nothing - we just have to push his hand in as best we can and hope he stretches the hole somehow. I'm keeping them because he might grow into them, but for that hole to expand further, it'll be a good minute or so before I put the gloves on. It's…

Best choice for 5 year old hands!

I looked everywhere for winter gloves for my 5 year old daughter (normal weight and size), no store had anything but snow mittens unless I needed knitted gloves which I didn't. Anything that was a real glove, even an XS size, fit my hand. Of course I don't have huge hands, but still too big for my daughter.
