Functional but not qualitative

Many such cartridges have been bought for years. The offer from this manufacturer is cheap, the quality is low. They serve their purpose but will not buy them again.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Modernity

Top Hit and Miss in Heads

The lighting is pretty much what I expected but one block didn't work. I bought four bulbs and they all work in one fixture but not the other. Rather than return it I think I'll disassemble it and see what's up with it.

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons

Inexpensive fitment and looks pretty good. They use lamps with a large base (standard). However, standard size bulbs do not slide into the lamp tube. They perform and look pretty funny. But they work well and let a lot of light into the room.

  • Best
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

The heads are small and unobtrusive making them ideal for their needs

I bought these for my brother who is a potter and attends craft fairs. The heads are small and unobtrusive, making them perfect for their needs. My only complaint/problem is that one of them wasn't fully assembled and I can't figure out how to take it apart to solve this problem. So if you're looking for a compact E26 light, you've come to the right place.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons

Fits almost any lamp but some LEDs work better than others

I use them in my workshop with PAR38 equivalent 250w Sylvania LED lamps. It's a really heavy combination, but I haven't had any issues with the pivot. The PAR38's are heavy enough to push the rail up off the ceiling a bit, so I hold them close to the rail anchors (the problem isn't with the bracket, it's with my cheap rails). I have a Soraa PAR38 in one of the mounts and the thin neck on the bottle makes for a loose fit. Sylvania lamps fit snugly enough to function as a unit.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Only available in white

Very economical with a minimalist look.

Needed an inexpensive way to bring more light into the lobby of a new church. There were Halo "H" type rails with cheap M16 halogen bulbs in the rails. Well, these lights, which are priced at around $10, really suit us. We have just added BR30 LED bulbs and our lobby is looking much better at a very reasonable price. Make sure you have 3 H type wire rails and that you place them in the right direction. (You can get it wrong, but it will be a lot easier if you get it right) TOO! Make sure the…

Inexpensive, but without factory quality control.

Quality control is terrible but these are the cheapest Halo compatible plain lamp holders out there. We encountered two main issues: reverse polarity in the connectors and over-tightening due to plastic mold residue on the mounts themselves. Both are fairly easy to fix, or you can simply order 10% more than you need and send back the defective units. We decided to refurbish as we did not order enough to complete the project without addressing the imperfections. Still the cheapest lamp holder…

Meets all the needs I need

I have bought several packs of these devices and will be buying more in the future. One star deducted for 2 reasons. First, they are not very durable. They hold the light but appear a bit thin. To be honest I use a big spotlight. And second, I had more than one light source with some kind of problem. The screws are loose or the whole thing is loose. Except for one, they are easy to fix. The one with the totally loose socket was difficult to take apart and fix, but was able to fix it in less…
