Worth Buying - Carpet Cleaner

Has proven very good for cleaning carpet surfaces. I don't know if he did a deep cleaning, but it probably has more to do with the Kirby carpet cleaner than the cleaner. It definitely worked better than the carpet cleaners you buy at the grocery store.

NO PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE! EXACTLY THE SAME AS A $26 BOTTLE!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! It's exactly the same as the $26 Kirby Lavender Pet Shampoo! I paid more because I was led to believe this was professional strength and not just regular pet shampoo! So now I only lose $10 because they lied or I return it and wait SEVEN DAYS after they return the item to get a refund so I can buy a $26 bottle like I should ! !? That is not right!

I love my Kirby! Best in Household Supplies

I love this product. The shipping packaging was disappointing. This came with some smaller items and there was very little packaging in the box so the glass crushed the other item's box. Although the content was ok. Usually my Revain packages are much better wrapped so this was a bit of a surprise. However, the packaging problem is not a reflection of the product. I will order again. But I'll probably order this separately next time to avoid repeating this.

Exactly as described. Best Carpet Cleaner

First off, this product is designed to work with Kirby and does the job perfectly. However, if you want a thorough cleaning, you should opt for a different device, as well as a carpet shampoo. The Kirby itself is designed for dry foam shampoo only and for quick drying where you vacuum it after drying. For a much deeper cleaning, you need a completely different machine. the carpet still smelled of urine. So I did everything from the beginning.

Will not remove cat or dog ring odor. I've worked so hard and watched this so many times, but this so-called pet carpet cleaning soap doesn't work against urine odor. I did everything exactly as described in my Kirby's manual. After the carpet was completely dry and I vacuumed it, the carpet still smelled like urine. So I redid everything. The smell stayed. Don't waste your time and money on carpet cleaners or Kirby shampoo. Hire a professional carpet cleaner and professional urine remover…
