We give 4 stars because no adapters were supplied and since the holes weren't the standard 1/2" size we had to run to the HD and get an adapter, I have a picture attached for future buyers. The man was satisfied with the installation.

So I didn't know I needed this extra spray button until I discovered it after installing it. Now it annoys me that my mom and sister don't have a heavy duty sprayer by their sinks. This is indeed the greatest invention, like a jet of water in a sink. I use it to tidy up all sorts of things and also make a mess because I'm not that coordinated.

Some say it takes 30 minutes to install. Not for me. It took about an hour to remove the old one and install the new one. 6ft 2in makes it a little harder under the counter. Very happy with this chrome faucet. It's as good as the HD, Lowe's or Moen brands. Everything about this faucet is metal except the head. All 3 spray options are very useful.

For the price I was afraid it might leak or look very cheap after installation. But it doesn't drip and looks good. It was very easy to install. My only complaint might be that nothing on the base plate covers the three holes to hold the two ends of the plate. They may appear later, but so far everything looks good. There are other reviews that say the sink is missing connections. That wasn't the case with me.

it is quite light compared to the replaced faucet and the hoses also tended to twist and were thinner than the replaced ones. But everything went fine and easy, and installation was a breeze. No leaks and smooth operation right out of the box. They back it with a 5 year guarantee which was better than most and I hope they will be there to honor it if needed. At the moment a very positive rating that will be updated if there are any problems.
