I really like these baby bottles. Very durable and sealed on the outside. Unfortunately, if you put a cold liquid in it, condensation will form on the outside, and if you put a hot drink in, it will literally burn your hands. So basically only suitable for warm drinks. Seems a little pointless for a metal bottle. In my opinion it should hold hot liquid better. My kids also chewed off the black rubber spout. It is better to buy all green tops.

I have a 2 year old son and sometimes I can be fanatical about what he is exposed to so I was thrilled when I found this stainless steel bottle. It's easy to clean and works great as an in-between solution between a straw mug and a real big boy mug. This teaches him to tilt the cup backwards. My only criticism is that my son may find it difficult to open and close the clasp on his own. Of course, he might be a bit young, but still worth attention. For me a purchase that was worth it!

I think what I really want might not exist - an insulated mug with a straw lid that's easy to take apart and machine wash, with a straw that dries completely when left overnight stays on the rack. Meanwhile, it's a pretty decent job for a water bottle during kindergarten lunches. My child has to use a lot of muscle power to open and close it, but then again there were no leaks. Bottle fits although I would have liked a slightly smaller diameter (easier to fit in a purse, drink holder or backpack pocket, better for small hands to hold). The bottle comes with a mouthpiece cap which is great in theory because it keeps things clean. However, due to the way it is attached, it is more prone to leakage. More than once I've put a bottle in my kid's lunch box, only for them to come home from school with a soggy and dripping lunch box. Big size for little hands but maybe too small for a day at kindergarten. I would like to see a 16 ounce version as my daughter drinks a lot of water. I got 27 ounces but it's too high for her lunch box. (While 18 ounces would probably be enough, I wouldn't want to get another sport cap without a dust cap.)
