Excellent User Friendly Interface for Remote Support

I like how easy it was to learn with this program! It's very intuitive - you can figure out what each button does in seconds without having your IT department walk through every feature of an application step-by-step. The interface could be cleaner but overall we're happy so far. We've been able solve our problems quickly using KLINIX cloud (Assistants & Staff Scheduling). This has helped us work more efficiently than ever before while also being much less stressful because there are noโ€ฆ

  • This application is very easy to use and can be used for both employee and managers

  • It seems a bit outdated, but that's not much of a negative
