This product has about 4.5 stars. As mentioned on other posters, the look is less shiny and more of a powdery grey. I didn't care since they went in the closet. Slight downgrade for 1 out of 9 brackets that have a slight bend in the shoulder where the shelf rests. I ordered 8 to install a pair of plywood shelves that are 8 feet long and 2 feet deep in my garage. They are well built in and look the same in quality and size. I installed them into studs through drywall and you will need 3 mounting screws per bracket to install them. I used 3 1/2" and 5/16" screws. To attach the shelf to the bracket, I used 1" machine screws and #8 screws that I flush with the plywood. You can use up to 3 screws per bracket to attach the shelf, but I only have used two. As…

This is not exactly what is pictured. In the photo they are more silver. The ones I got were more of a dull gray. Although I don't care They can be easily painted or powder coated. I ordered a bundle, they all came whole. They are quite massive and perfect for a garage shelf.
