Disappointing Performance for Milling Accessories

This product falls short of the high standards expected in industrial and scientific cutting tools. As my tests showed, the diameter measurement was inconsistent and inaccurate, leading to improper cuts and wasted materials. While the price may be attractive, the lack of precision and reliability make this product not worth the investment.

Pros
  • Affordable
Cons
  • Inconsistent measurement, wasted materials.

Made in America! best in milling accessories

Cuts very well, American product, very sharp. Love the fact that it has a longer than 1 inch cut! The price was good I thought*. I would and will buy this product again or consider other products offered by Kodiak.

Pros
  • End mill
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

Amazing product. Excellent price.

I bought a half inch for work because we don't have enough steel cutters and I don't want to wait for high speeds. The end mill works as described. Full depth grooves, .15 radial pitch, 3000 rpm (390 fpm) in 1018 mills, .003 per tooth (30 fpm), this thing rocked. With no coolant, everything was fine. I still lubricate it with coolant but just wanted to try. You can make it run a lot faster if you want, just don't like how it screams. All old machinists shrink from the noise. Slotting I went .25

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • boring packaging
