This product claims to remove rust stains. My new bathtub has rust spots from builders who threw nails at it during construction. I was so upset but glad to know about this product. The rust spots have been removed on the smooth part of the hull, but not on the textured part.

Those shiny finishes were more durable but we cleaned them with strong abrasives which dulled them but removed the stains. I don't know what the magic ingredient is in this product, nothing beats cleaning an enameled cast iron sink or tub like this!
