I wanted to try baking sourdough bread and thought I needed a scale for more accurate measurements. I've found that all the different weighing options help me with different recipes. This little scale is perfect for me and I'm sure I'll find many other uses for it.

It was fine for a month and then just stopped working properly. It randomly switches units during measurement, battery life is very short, and the display always shows the battery is fully charged. Changing units is tricky as everything is pressure sensitive so even the knobs hold the weight so changing units takes a lot of trying and sometimes just won't change especially when the batter gets low. Overall a cheap product.

I really like my new kitchen scale. It is so easy to use and store in such a small space. This is necessary if you want to measure ingredients in grams rather than cups as some recipes state. I received my kitchen scale free of charge to test and evaluate and I am very satisfied with it. The display is easy to read and easy to clean. I also like that it is rechargeable. The only thing I don't like about this scale is that the tare symbol does not work stably. Sometimes the tare symbol appears on the screen; but often this is not the case. Tare is used when you only want to weigh the item and not the container. You place an empty container or plate on the scale, then zero the weight of the container and then place the item you want to weigh on the plate/container.
