Review from an employee for volunteer management app

I like that this was very easy to set-up. It has been used by all our volunteers at my organization since we first implemented it in 2011. We have continued to grow over the years so when we needed more functionality (especially customer support) they were able to help us add those features without breaking what already exists already works! There isn't much I dislike about using this system. When there are problems we send emails with ticket numbers/subject lines but often these don't get…

Pros
  • Easy interface
  • Good options for customization, including page layout & color scheme.
  • Very user friendly even if you're not tech savvy
  • Great option available upon request staff portal which allows users access certain functions within their account only
Cons
  • All fine
