I like that this was very easy to set-up. It has been used by all our volunteers at my organization since we first implemented it in 2011. We have continued to grow over the years so when we needed more functionality (especially customer support) they were able to help us add those features without breaking what already exists already works! There isn't much I dislike about using this system. When there are problems we send emails with ticket numbers/subject lines but often these don't get answered because people's email addresses change (which happens frequently). So when something goes wrong the system doesn't alert someone who can resolve the issue right away when we need that person. The best part of this product is that I can easily track all my events in one place without having to use multiple apps or services. It's also easy enough to add new pages with different content. Not much as far as dislikes go because everything has been great so far! This system makes managing our events super simple and helps us keep organized with our schedule.
