These are the best tools for any painter.

Whether you're doing a job big or small, these covers will keep paint from drying out and also protect the surfaces they sit on. My husband is a professional artist and loves these covers. If you have to go 30 minutes just cover your tray and when you come back everything will be fresh. Really worth the price which is actually reasonable.

So useful and time saver

We decided to paint every room in the house. It was so helpful. I can go painting for about an hour every night, put the brush and roller in my bag and go back there the next day with no problem. If I had to clean everything every time, it would be impossible to paint for an hour a night. I can even leave it for a few nights at a time and still come back to it.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Great product to keep color overnight or even several days.

I draw for a living so having these on hand to hold paint overnight if needed is a real plus. I can no longer buy them locally so I'm very happy to be able to buy them on Amazon. The only thing I don't like is the handle on the side. I usually cut it off when someone picked it up with a tub of paint one day and of course made a mess. I would recommend them to all professionals or amateurs.

  • Great price

Like this one a lot. at Painting Supplies & Tools

I'm a seasoned painter and I love these paint storage bowls. They work very well and keep the color nice and usable for at least a day. One thing I do recommend though, is once you get it cut it in half and sew each side and you have 2 perfectly sized pallet holders. (The original size is ridiculously too big for just about anything — and forget about shoving it under the door while you're painting the door. It's easier to just use a small rag.) But then again, it's great for paint tubs during…

They are an absolute must for my body shop. I use them to keep trays and 5 gallon buckets wet for either hours or overnight, or the longest I've done so far has been 6 days. When I'm working with a lot of paint, I also toss a few brushes and rollers in the tray and keep them damp in my bag until I get back to the store to tidy things up. The money I've saved just by reusing tools is great. I hate plastic and strive to reduce my consumption as much as possible, bags work great and in the 4 or 5…

Did it for almost a week.

With inner latex (PPG/Glidden) I had to take a break and couldn't get back to it for six days. At this point the roller was still wet. If you're going through a few days and really want to keep your sleeve, you can ensure that by putting a damp paper towel inside. The bag only keeps the moisture. I kept the brushes/pads in the zippers for several days with no problems. But ziplocks aren't big enough for a full tray and roll. so get it! If you're looking for a cheaper hack, I think XL zippers…

Pros
  • Good product for the price

  • Poorly designed
