Works well. fits grinding wheels and discs

Bought to remove rust from a few yards of angle iron that I have repurposed. It was a tight fit on my angle grinder but worked much better and faster than the original rotating wire brush I tried first and it did the job much better. Very satisfied.

Cons

OK for welding and assembly work.

Price has increased by $3 per pack of 10 in the last 6 months. If you have good productivity, they might be for you. I won't buy them again. They don't last as long compared to others I've used. The reason I bought earlier was the price. Now that the price has skyrocketed and I see that they wear out quickly I will have to switch to another brand.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Broken

Don't waste money!

These petals are of very poor quality. Yes, you get a lot for your money, but if you need to change them more often, it's better to buy a better brand than this one. Before I've used a Dewalt, and they last a long time, put one of them on brand new and in under three minutes you'll see excessive wear. Once they run out I will definitely be returning to Dewalts. Here is a picture after 5 minutes of use on 16 gauge mild steel.

Pros
  • Sturdy version
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Order at your own risk. You may not get what you paid for.

Clearly indicates alumina, preserved zirconia sheets for mild steel/stainless steel. The tag came off about 15 seconds after I started using each wheel. Knowing the price beforehand, I wasn't expecting a high end paddle wheel that is stunning and way better but I figured I could at least make a decent living out of some of them. No, especially since I was forced to use them for aluminum work because they sent me the wrong type. Anyone who has used discs on steel knows that when used on aluminum

Great price for a cheap box with a halfway decent wheel.

Want a box of petals and don't want to spend $50-70 on German or American ones? Is that about $15 a box? You get about 8 square meters. Inch -1 square foot of mild steel and carbon steel ground (down to bare metal ready for welding) onto the disc, then you have to apply a ton of pressure and only get maybe 10% efficiency - just change the disc. . They work GREAT. about 45 seconds. then you need a new drive. (Standard Diablo discs give me maybe 35-45% longer life with more material removal and…
