that didn't come with an adapter for 24" and smaller tyres. At the end of the manual it says to call to get the small tire adapters, they're on their way but the extension strap hasn't been ordered yet. All of this came with my previous Kuat. If you're advertising an e-bike with big tires, it looks like you're shipping both extension straps. I still like the rack, but I didn't like the quality control of what was supposed to be included.

The rack is easy to assemble (although I recommend using two pairs of hands whenever possible), assembles as expected, and builds like a tank. I love my new Kuat bike rack. It's very durable and I don't worry about my bike while riding. No movement. This bike rack is expensive, but worth the money. I had some trouble building it because the instructions are vague. It took a while and I feel like I should have been helped. Kuat needs a tutorial video. It's heavy, but once you put it on your car, it's amazing. I have an e-bike and it's heavy, so I need a bike rack that can handle its weight. It gets the job done and is very easy to use.

"Worth every penny" means a lot when you're spending that much, but it's true here. My wife and I have 50 pound e-bikes so we needed a monster carrier like this. Beautifully designed, very durable. I purchased this Kuat bike rack on the recommendation of a trusted bike mechanic. This is my first time driving with a trailer hitch. When my package arrived, I was missing one of the main components. The Kuat rep I worked with was a great support and after a few tries I got what I needed. The assembly is straight. Sturdy and very well designed. Everything about the bike rack is very well thought out. We use it to carry two of our Evelo delta x and they weigh around 60 pounds each without the battery. Handles them very well. Vibration is almost zero and putting on and taking off the bikes is very easy and quick. My bikes have fenders and that's not a problem for the trunk. We bought our bikes while on holiday and the local dealers only had one bike rack so we didn't have a choice. As soon as we got home we realized that we should order something else. This bike rack is much simpler and the bikes (which we spent a lot of money on) are much more secure. Without hesitation! Kuat NV2 will not work with 2021 Model Y factory clutch. The main issue is that the AUX fob is less than 2 inches from the security pin eyelet, preventing the rack security key from mating with the pin. While I could fabricate a spare bolt and locknut to replace Kuat's safety lock, the next problem is that the tensioner ball bearing is not fully tightened and allows movement within the hitch and rack when fully tightened.
