I like that it's easy to use with my phone as well! It also allows me to access information from other agencies if needed. Also love how you can customize your alerts so they are sent out only when necessary or just at certain times of day (if desired). The software seems somewhat outdated compared to others in its class but overall this works very effectively. We have used LEAS since our agency was formed back around 2010/2011. The software has many features that are easy to use by investigators who have little experience with computer programs or databases like this one! It would be nice if there were more options in terms of organization when it comes time to print reports from case files; some cases may need additional pages than others but I am able to customize my report layout however necessary without having to go back into each file multiple times (which can take up valuable work hours).
