I like that it is easy to use, has good features for tracking employee information (such as attendance), can be used online or offline with an app available in both iOS & Android versions of mobile devices! It's not very user friendly when you are trying to input data into fields where there isn't much room such as contact info - so make sure your phone screen size allows enough space otherwise this could become frustrating if using at work/home.
