This pen set is fantastic value for money. I like the medium sized pen best, I bought a converter for it to fill with purple ink from a bottle and it's nice to see the ink levels through the transparent window. You have very long fingers, this pen is wonderfully long and feels good in your hand. If you have big hands I definitely recommend this pen!

I have been a calligrapher for many years and use all kinds of nibs and holders, markers and pens. Lamy is the only pen I use for work that can't be done at the easel or at home and sometimes even at the easel. It produces very clear thin lines and thick strokes. It doesn't need to be refilled every time you use it and it doesn't leak. It uses ink refills and has a converter. I would recommend it to any calligrapher.

Great set, the tips are smooth and I can keep any size with different colors for multi color calligraphy (use the pen caps provided or the ink will spill). Seam you feel in plastic but I don't feel when I type. Only if I keep looking. If you have very sensitive skin, get the AL version, the AL is still a plastic case but with a seamless satin finish.

Eureka! Finally found an ink pen that writes like a Cadillac. The smooth and flawless finish of the pen is a really expensive and fancy fountain pen that I unfortunately can't afford.
