I was shocked at how good this sweater is, it is fitted, lined and of very good quality. The hood is more decorative than useful, but that's not a problem for me. I was concerned the fit would affect movement, but it can move with no issues. It even fits under her vest (she's a service dog) with no issues or discomfort - all I had to do was adjust the straps on the vest as the sweater added some volume but wasn't tiring. Beautiful sweater. The color and knit are accurate, it's unlined (nice and warm) and appears to be quite well tailored. My only concern is the size. Please note the weight recommendations. We have a plump Boston Terrier that weighs about 27 pounds. For example, if he gets something from Petsmart, he's usually a medium. I never thought it would be very large unless I read the reviews and checked the measurements. Even then I was afraid it would be too big, but no. It fits perfectly.

I have to say that for the great price it was worth the money. I had a very difficult time finding a sweater that would fit properly around the neck and especially the armpits for my 7.3 pound leggy Chihuahua. This sweater arrived yesterday to keep my French Bulldog warm in Seattle during the winter. It's lined - I didn't see that in the review but it definitely adds warmth. My 17lb teddy bear (Shichon) loved this sweater. I read the reviews and decided to order the large even though it would have been medium. I'm glad I did.
