Lacking quality for my opinion

I wish I could rate this higher because the cage itself is good. I just find the perches and ramps to be a little cheap for how much the entire cage costs. They are also very hard to snap onto the cage and to the ramps and I ended up breaking one little hook. It's fine and is still secure, but overall I think they should be better, harder plastic.

  • Some pets may not feel secure in a cage with metal bars and no solid walls

Big house for you pets good quality

I am glad that I got this new house for my guinea pig, such a big house bigger than what I thought. It is pretty heavy but the good thing is you can move it easily because of the rollers. Everything packed individually and nicely, came with a water bottle and food bawl The only thing is my guinea pig needs little time to get familiar with it< All in all it’s a good to buy Christmas gift for your pets no regret

Guinea heaven good for me

My guinea pigs were afraid to climb the ramps because they are slick. A little double sticky tape and cut-up carpet solved that problem. Now they love climbing from level to level.

  • The metal bars may be too cold for some pets to rest against comfortably

Item damaged for my opinion

Item was damaged upon delivery. Ordered item to use before a trip out of town and did not have time to return. Tried to mend damages and item was still defective.
