I bought this scanner on a lightning deal to read CEL on my wife's 2015 Dodge Dart. After getting all the updates I plugged it in and it got the vin with all the correct information. I was able to read the error codes with a basic definition of the problem. After checking the codes I was able to clear them and everything worked fine. I used this scanner on my 2012 Chevy Cruze to troubleshoot an evaporator system. The real-time data worked fine when looking at the purge valve. The scanner loads fairly quickly. Automatically accurately identifies my machine on the first try. Cable length is great! Battery life is good! strong. I was able to connect to my car within minutes and after being prompted twice for my VIN I was able to select my car from the menu. I was able to isolate the data streams and immediately found a fault in the sensor that was preventing the ABS light from illuminating. It seems that this device is incapable of calibrating when a sensor is replaced, at the price it should. The list of functions is long, but it's really just a scanner. Every time I turn it on it shows an available update but when I click on it there is nothing to update. Then I tried the reset menu. I press reset brake then select a car, honda in my case then a window pops up asking me to update but the window is blank. I press update and it says to choose what to update and there is nothing to choose from. So I can't get any further with my reset. I emailed them but they mumbled something useless
