Great Finishing Tool for Woodworking

Using this finishing tool from LAVODA, our team found that it is a great addition to our woodworking equipment. The polishing and stropping actions leave a smooth and shiny finish on the wood, making our products look professional and high-quality. The sharpening function also ensures that our blades are sharp and ready for use. The size and design of the tool are also convenient for storage and usage. The only downside is that it may take some practice to get the hang of using it properly…

Pros
  • Versatile tool that can be used for polishing, stropping, and sharpening woodcarving tools.
Cons
  • May require some practice and skill to achieve desired results.

Ideal for use on smooth surfaces

In the final sharpening, I used it on a smooth surface. In the case of pocket knives, the blade proved to be sharper. I have not used diamond polish before, but have not yet needed it to sharpen my blades. Well if there is an option with both sides.

Pros
  • ✅ EASY TO USE: You can put it on your desk, the non-slip rubber base makes it RELIABLE and SAFE to use. Cover the entire skin surface with diamond paste. Attach the blade to the skin by gently pushing the blade up toward the top of the belt. Sharpen all your knives.
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Great tool for my sharpening set

This is a great tool to complete my knife sharpening set. This sling holds very well and leaves a nice smooth edge that is polished to a mirror finish to finish the grinding process. mounted on a block of wood or base but a piece of 2x4 scrap and a solid hot glue gun would definitely recommend this.

Pros
  • ✅ DIAMOND PASTE: 3 micron diamond paste gives great results when applied in a small amount to a leather or balsa sling. To use, squeeze out about 2 pea-sized drops and apply to the skin, balsa. or any other sling material you want. Quick and easy and very efficient.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
