I love how easy it is to use, you can even create multiple accounts if needed for different clients or departments within one account! The only thing that really gets me down sometimes are their customer service reps who don't know what they're doing when helping with questions/complaints about products not working as expected (or maybe just my computer being slow). They have made our lives so much easier by providing us an excellent product at such low cost compared other providers out there…

I like that it's easy to set up, easy for my team members who aren't sales people to use as well! It is great having all of our marketing in one place so we are able to see what works or doesn’t work at any given time. Sometimes there can be an issue with how you have your database setup which might affect some features but most often this isn't a big deal. We've been using lead champion since November 2018 and overall haven't had many issues thus far - mostly just learning from past experience
