Very User Friendly System to Work With for Small Business and Teams

The ease of using this system which has so many features! I use it every day in my job as an agent with SABRE Tech - both online chat (Livechat) &amp Call Center agents who answer calls via Voicemail/Chatting etc.. If your new at all just jump right into doing everything they have training materials available that teach each level step by Step!! There are SO MANY options when talking about Live Chat /VoIP Calling Features but their website does not make sense or explain them well enough…
