The ability to create, manage & distribute leads through multiple channels is great! I like that it allows me access from anywhere in my house (even if i'm not at home). I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service support team who are always willing/able help you set up your account in no time! The only thing is there aren't many templates available so we have had trouble customizing our dashboard with all of my favorite tools within one place (Salesforce).
