Overall I was impressed and this product met or exceeded my expectations. I wish the cord was a bit longer so this product can cover a wider range of uses. You can switch between kilograms, pounds and ounces at the push of a button. 5 stars overall, but only 3 stars for ease of use due to the short cord.

This is a great scale for big scales, but don't expect it to weigh a few ounces. I don't care as I have a small scale for weighing in grams, ounces etc. The scale is easy to use and clean. The first scale was damaged, but LEM responded very quickly and quickly sent me new ones. Great people to deal with. I mainly use the scale to weigh meat for sausages etc and it works great.

Could my device have been repaired or damaged in the box? The box was not damaged but the stainless steel was dented and scratched upon delivery. But it works great and made my sausage hobby a lot easier. My old kitchen scale only read up to 12 pounds before giving an error. That easily holds Lem's ears with 25 pounds of ground beef, and also weighs my one-pound packing portions.

I usually never have problems with LEM. I wanted to love this product but couldn't get it to read anything less than 6 oz. I got a few different readings when trying to pack 1 pound bags of venison. After I finished I went to clean it and ran my finger along the bottom edge and cut my finger pretty badly. I don't understand why it couldn't be sanded down before shipping to customers. However.
