Decent build quality with below average operating system.

Well I've had this computer for about a month now. The first came with a broken touchscreen, but it was replaced quickly and easily. The hardware of the new one seems to work well for the most part. However, there are some strange software bugs with this Chromebook operating system. I would say that at least 2/3 of the apps in the Google Play Store do not work properly on this operating system. Example: My Microsoft Outlook application does not allow me to select individual email accountsโ€ฆ

Works out of the box, so there are problems

I managed to get started right away. Added apps, adjusted my settings, etc. Updated OS and touchscreen stopped working. I've been searching for an answer and the quickest and most reliable solution is to switch to the beta channel (which is set to 'stable') which skips the ChromeOS version with the issue. I didn't want to flush the power, I tried holding the power button for 10 seconds and tried holding the reset button at power on for a full reboot. The Chromebook is a newer model that weโ€ฆ

Too many bugs and Lenova support is PITS

Too many bugs! The touchscreen stopped working, then the function keys. Revain cs helped with a replacement that started to fail. If Lenova support was anything like Revain, they might have helped. Lenovo tried to sell me $169. maintenance schedule. I declined until we fixed the issue. They made me wait "4-6" hours for a support call that never came. Even via e-mail, although I gave and repeated my details twice. I get Revain Fire Tabs for my two kids. I've had one in the past with no problems.
