This is my first ChromeBook. I bought it for my wife as a gift for working with email and surfing the web, which ChromeBooks are supposedly designed for. I bought this for virtual kindergarten and it was amazing. It is put to the test daily with an 8 hour shift and I borrow it to WORK from time to time! It is smooth as silk; only had to restart ONCE in 4 months of service for an update. This is definitely a warrior worth buying for everyday use. It's compact, so switching to a smaller keyboard can be a hassle when switching from a larger laptop. Otherwise it works very well.

Arrived earlier than expected! Out of the box and works great. The screen is high quality, the touchscreen could be a bit more sensitive, but it's perfect for my daughter at school. Large size and ultra light weight. It won't weigh down her backpack as she walks to and from school. Super happy with our purchase

Junk. There is no help. No instructions. I bought a book for dummies, the instructions don't apply. Paid support. $69.00 for one-time support. look elsewhere I really regret buying Chromebook and Lenovo.
