The laptop did not come with a 250GB SSD as stated in the description. It came with a 320 GB, 5400 rpm hard drive. I see redesigned devices and some of the bugs they hide. I have to admit the leather repair was good and the glue seems strong. Otherwise everything else is as advertised

Bought for my son for school. When I received it, it had some freezing issues and the camera wasn't working properly. I've spent some time downloading the latest drivers for everything and running windows updates. After that it's going great. It's a reliable, well-built machine and I highly recommend it.

I was having trouble identifying my SSD which I use for USB backup. Tried and tried to fix it but to no avail. When connected to another laptop, he immediately identified it. But not on this. It's a refurbished laptop and he's not happy with it. The battery doesn't last long. Has no USB-C ports.

You get what you pay for. Yes, they come with SSDs, but be aware that the built-in drives are very old and from previous generations of technology. Do not buy from ITSupplyGuy. After a week of normal use at boot, a black screen shows the error "media check failed" and it fails to start. From what I've researched, it's either a bad drive or a drive connector, which is unacceptable for a recently refurbished computer. Not recommended, waste of time and money.

The price was right - $270.99. The battery life has been okay so far. I had to replace the charger. The one the company sent me was 2014 and didn't work. Revain came through and paid for a new one. So far, I am very satisfied.

This is a great laptop. I use it for stock trading with multiple windows open and fantasy sports with 10 windows open. There is no lag when switching tabs. It arrived in very good condition. They put a new skin on the base but it looks great. You can't argue with $300. At high power, the battery lasts about 3 hours. I never tried lower settings to see how long. If you're dealing with high definition gaming or big data then you need something much more powerful, but for my use it's perfect!
